What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 2 weeks prior to the workshop date are eligible for a full store credit.
Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the workshop date will receive a store credit, less the cost of any fabric, printed materials, or supplies prepared for you.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop are not eligible for a refund or store credit.
Store credits are valid for 12 months after issued.If a workshop is cancelled, you will receive your choice between a store credit or full refund.

When are new workshops added?
Workshops are adding on a rolling monthly basis and typically scheduled two months out.
All announcements are made via my newsletter and Instagram, @sewclubsocial

The workshop I want to take is full, do you have a waitlist?
Yes, please email me at sewclubsocial@gmail.com with your name and the workshop you’d like to take so I can add you to the waitlist.
If a spot becomes available, I will reach out via email and give you 24 hours to secure your spot!

How many people are in each class?
Each workshop has a capacity for six sewist per workshop.

What if I miss a sewing session?
I am unable to provide make-up sessions, so please try your best to make all scheduled sessions. I am unable to provide refunds for missed sessions, but will try my best to help you finish your garment.

What is provided?
Everything is included.
Sewing machines, sewing tools, fabric, notions, and copy of the the digital pattern are all included in the cost of class.

Do you teach kids?
All workshops are for ages 16+. Please let me know in if you are registering your kiddo under the age of 18.

Can I bring my own sewing machine/tools?
Yes, but you must know how to use your own sewing machine and be comfortable working on it. You must also bring your own bobbins and machine needles. Please email me if you plan to bring your own machine.

Can I bring my own fabric?
Yes! Please let me know if you plan to bring your own fabric so I can work with you to determine the yardage that you will need and provide guidance on the type of fabric that is best suited for the project.
You will also be responsible for washing your fabric prior to the first class (to account for shrinkage) and bringing your own matching thread.

Do you do private lessons?
Not at this time, but I hope to have capacity to offer private lessons in the future.
