LEVEL: Confident Beginner, ages 16+. You should be confident operating a sewing machine, using small seam allowances, and have some recent sewing experience under your belt.

WORKSHOP DETAILS:
In this two-day workshop we’ll make the Oswald Jumper by Summer Haus.

The Oswald Jumper is a sleeveless jumper with a relaxed fit. It features a high waistline, anchored pockets, and breezy wide legs. Customize your look with the choice of a curved or v-neckline and front tie closure or snap closures.The Oswald is a year-round work horse as it's easy to layer or simply wear on its own.

WHAT'S INCLUDED
All fabric, notions, and equipment are provided. You will receive an A0 (large paper copy) and a digital copy of the pattern at the end of the workshop so you can keep on creating.

  • Sewing machine basics

  • Digital Patterns 101

  • Cutting techniques 

  • Inseam pockets

  • Pattern adjustments for length and grading between sizes

  • Gathering fabric

  • Biased neck and armholes

  • Serger machine basics

  • Attaching hardware (optional)

  • Up to thirteen hours of instruction time in a small group!

CANCELLATION POLICY:
I am a one-woman business and it is extremely hard to fill workshops last minute. If you need to cancel your spot and are able to give over 48 hours' notice, you will receive a digital store credit that can be used for a future workshop. Store credits never expire. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice or no-show you will not receive a refund or store credit. I completely understand life happens, but please do not ask me to make an exception to this rule. All workshops must have at least three participants to run. If a workshop does not have at least three participants, you will be notified 24 hours in advance that the workshop is cancelled and will have your choice of being issued a refund or store credit.

MISSED SESSIONS:
Partial refunds are not available if you can't finish a multi-day workshop.

SIZING & VIEWS:
This garment is designed to have a relaxed fit around the bust and a very relaxed fit throughout the waist and hips. It is recommend to choose your bodice size based off of your bust measurement and pants size based off your hip size. If your bust and hip measurements fall in different sizes, we will grade between sizes. You will pre-select your size when you register and your pattern will be ready for you in your selected size. Please reach out if you need help determining your size.
