This is a ONE DAY workshop. We’ve scheduled ample time to ensure everyone finishes in one day. There is a good chance we will end early!

INSTRUCTOR: Reanna
LEVEL: Confident Beginner, ages 16+. You should be confident operating a sewing machine and have some recent sewing experience under your belt. If you’ve taken a learn to sew, you are ready for this workshop!
WORKSHOP DETAILS:
In this one day workshop we’ll make the Rose Shorts by Paradise Patterns.
The Rose Shorts are a loose-fitting shorts with an elastic high waist and some fun details. You will have the choice between two views: view A features a single back patch pocket and a hem band with a V cutout. View B has slanted and curved front pockets, two patch pockets in back, and side slit. You will also have the option to learn and add the side bias tape stripes (see last picture)!
Please know, we will be skipping flat-fell seams that the pattern calls for and using a serger for seam finishes. This will ensure we can complete this project in one-day.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
All fabric, notions, and equipment are provided.
You will receive an A0 (large paper copy) and a digital copy of the pattern at the end of the workshop so you can keep on creating.

SIZING:
Choose your size mainly based on your hip measurement. If your waist and hip are one or two sizes apart, you can blend between sizes by making the elastic fit your waist. The fit is intended to be loose with about 5”(12.7cm) of positive ease around your hip. It is a high-rise waist short. Feel free to reach out if you need help determining your size!
WORKSHOP FABRIC CHOICES:
All fabric are 100% cotton with sand wash finish. Weight: 160 GSM, 4.71 OZ/SQ.YD. Width: 57/58”.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations made more than 2 weeks prior to the workshop date are eligible for a full store credit.
Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the workshop date will receive a store credit, less the cost of any fabric, printed materials, or supplies prepared for you.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop are not eligible for a refund or store credit.
Store credits are valid for 12 months after issued. If a workshop is cancelled, you will receive your choice between a store credit or full refund. Thank you for your understanding and supporting my small business!
